Total area mobile laser system for waterway/tunnel/pipeline.
It is a total area mobile laser system for waterway, tunnel and pipeline and it includes a laser scanner, IMU, odometer, video camera and lighting. For shape measurement, we install a laser scanner which can obtain with ±5mm accuracy. The parts configuration assumes it will be transported through a narrow place, such as a manhole, so it is possible to combine with the configuration of cabinet/wheels corresponding to the site. Since it is drip-proof, it is not limited by the site.
Features
By acquiring accurate coordinate data, it can grasp position, cross-sectional shape and 3D information of unevenness and meandering, so it is very useful for maintenance. If we survey before construction, it will be useful for severe section review like renewal pipe design. At the completion of construction or when we survey existing pipelines, it can be utilized for a long time as 3D electronic data and improve the value of survey data. For instance, we can grasp the positional relationship with other types of underground buried objects and also positional relation with the building foundation by combining with the ground data. In addition, by inputting the obtained information to various records, it is possible to create ground-based/underground integrated records with accurate pipeline coordinate data.
