We assist with ordering work for service/construction work and supervising constructions.
In the CM (Construction Management) division, our engineers reside in/near the office of the customer and promptly support design integration and construction supervision concerning the establishment and maintenance of road/river/water supply/sewage in a neutral and fair manner. Specifically, we contribute to smooth business promotion by creating and organizing administrative materials, consultation explanation materials and construction order materials related to inspection, design and survey work. We also implement construction management to ensure smooth performance and quality assurance.
Services
Construction Supervision Support Service
We assist our clients in confirming the performance of the items on the construction contract smoothly and accurately and consult with constructors properly. As the contents of the service: ①For each construction milestone, confirmation of suitability for the size, position and materials of the construction object and report to the supervisor. ②Collation of documents submitted by constructors and site conditions and creation of documents for design change consultation.
Survey Design Data Classification Service
We support staff by creating and organizing the materials and contribute to smooth business promotion. As the contents of the service: ①Assistance for office work related to survey plan design. ②Support for preparation of consultation materials necessary for business and construction progress. ③Assistance to create materials for explanation about business and construction to local resident associations.
Design Integration Data Classification Service
Mainly we support staff by creating and organizing materials related to construction. The service includes: ①Assistance for creating work drawings and particular specifications. ②Summary of the construction quantity such as concrete amount and excavating amount. ③Assistance for setting the cost accompanying progress of construction and for creation of necessary documents for construction. We also support our customer to be able to calculate the construction contract price smoothly and accurately.
Technical Review Service
We support our customer to make technical evaluation on technical documents by construction/bid applicants smoothly and accurately. As the contents of the service: ①Creation of construction order materials (notification/bidding documentation). ② Confirmation/verification of competitive participation qualifications (past construction results, qualifications of scheduled engineers). ③Creation of review materials for technical evaluation.
